A service repair guy said that we need to clean the soap off the wheels to prevent this problem. Use more powerful drying options. New racks cost about 80 and up. Dishwasher rack tines break off or lose the protective coating at the tips and then you get rust spots on your dishes.

The rack is poorly engineered to withstand normal weight.
